In order to serve our clients better, we are consolidating all of our services to the state of the art facility located at 822 North Wood Avenue, LINDEN (about 3 miles from this location). With effect from November 01, 2011, we no longer provide physical therapy services at this location. We sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that this change in location may have caused you. Our LINDEN office with ample onsite parking and expanded office hours will be more than happy to assist you with all of your physical therapy needs.
